Defender of Orphans

In Isaiah 1:17 the Bible states that we should ‘Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of Orphans.’
Our heart and desire at R.U.4 Children is to defend the cause of the orphans in Guatemala, Ukraine and Burma. We are looking for those able and willing to walk with us as Defenders of the Orphan cause.
What is your heart? Are you a Defender of orphans?
If you answered YES to the second question, you have a vital role to play in breaking the cycle of poverty and violence that so often follow orphans in their distress.
Now, you can help raise awareness of the Orphan cause by recruiting your friends, family, and co-workers so that they too can speak out on behalf of orphans. By directing friends to ru4children.org, forwarding this email out to others, and/or by getting financially and prayerfully involved is the first step. The second step will be identifying like hearted friends in this effort, coming together to develop fundraising ideas, and holding each other accountable in your prayerful giving. (ex: hold a dinner for these friends and have one of the staff members from R.U.4 Children come in and speak)
For the adventure seeker, GO on a trip with R.U.4 Children, and then come back and tell the desperate stories of these beautiful children.
